POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
At Allure Aesthetics & Medical Spa, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card.

No-Show Policy
At Allure Aesthetics & Medical Spa, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
Late Policy
If you are 15 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our prompt clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.
Credit Card On-File
We will ask all clients with services priced over $50 to add a credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show, and late policies.

Sezzle & Afterpay policy
All clients using sezzle will be charged a 6% fee + 0.30 cents in addition to treatment cost.

Medical Clearance Policy
All clients requesting Treatments or products that require a Licensed Healthcare professional
must pay $35.00 to be cleared by our NP.

Deposit Policy
all deposits are non refundable, amount will be applied to you service.
Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Allure Aesthetics & Medical Spa. unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Allure Aesthetics & Med Spa.

Gift Certificate Policy
​Gift certificates purchased cannot be returned, no exceptions. All gift certificates have a one year expiration date.
